INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring 12 ounces (approx. 350 mL) of natural spring water to boil. Add in 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 mL) of herbs and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain then let it cool to as close to room temperature as possible before consuming. Add fresh squeezed lime juice and/or raw agave or honey for taste as needed.
Have 3x per day for 10 days, followed by a 10 day break.
For best results use in conjunction with a raw food detox; only water, fruits, greens, and veggies.
Herbs work best when consumed on an empty stomach; 45 minutes before a meal and 1 to 2 hours after a meal.
